Who runs AdvisorySummit?

AdvisorySummit is run by TourismHQ.
TourismHQ is a New Zealand registered travel company which founded New Zealand’s first Fiji festival getaway with BlueSky FIJI in 2012.

What is included in the packages?

Packages include flights, 5-star accommodation and transfers plus AdvisorySummit conference entry, workshop entry and group activities. It also includes a welcome cocktail evening, breakfasts, morning tea and lunch on the business days, 20th and 21st October 2018.

What is not included in the packages?

Packages do not include travel insurance, additional activities and additional food and beverage costs.

What activities are available?

With afternoons free to enjoy beautiful Fiji, you can choose to purchase additional experiences, including Cloud9, spa packages and a golf afternoon; or choose to laze by the pool!

Where is AdvisorySummit held?

AdvisorySummit is held at the five star Sofitel Resort, in Denerau, Fiji. Information on the resort and accommodation types can be found here.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, please ensure that there is at least six months until expiry from the date of your return to New Zealand.

Where do we fly from?

Auckland, Brisbane or Sydney.

When can I find out about flight times and the itinerary for the event?

Your flight itinerary and tickets will be emailed to your party’s primary contact 2 weeks prior to departure.

Do I need travel insurance?

Most definitely! Travel Insurance can cover a range of unforeseen instances that affect travel, such as medical expenses, trip postponement, trip delay or baggage delay.

How do I book?

Book via our online booking system, or contact us directly for assistance with bespoke packages.
A deposit of $200 per person is required to secure your reservation. Following payment of this deposit you will receive an email with the remaining balance due by 1st September 2018.

What payment methods are there?

All payments for security purposes are transacted by credit or debit card.

What fees should I know about?

Airport Fees: Nil, this is covered in your package cost.
Additional Taxes: Nil, this is covered in your package cost.
Card Fees: A 2.8% card fee is applied to all credit and debit card transactions
Cancellation Fees: The deposit and all monies paid are non-refundable in the case of
cancellation. Depending on your circumstances your travel insurance may cover you in such
an event.

When do I receive my travel documents?

Travel documents will be made available two weeks out from departure.
